Our jewelry is made to be worn and enjoyed for years. However, like all handcrafted jewelry, each piece should be handled with care to preserve its beauty and integrity over time.
Due to the nature of our work and the uniqueness of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders once they have been shipped.

Every MARIA CREARE piece is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.
If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once the issue has been evaluated and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair the piece free of charge.
Shipping costs to our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.
Our warranty covers defects related to craftsmanship, including:
-Stones becoming loose due to the setting.
-Structural issues resulting from the manufacturing process.
-Faults that were present before normal use.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidental impact, misuse, or improper care, including:
-Dropping or hitting the jewelry.
-Broken, chipped, or scratched gemstones caused by impact.
-Bent rings or chains damaged through excessive force.
-Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, or saltwater.
-Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
-Normal wear over time.
Natural gemstones, require thoughtful handling. While securely set, they can be damaged by strong impacts or improper care. We encourage customers to wear and store their jewelry responsibly to preserve its condition.
To help your jewelry remain beautiful over time, MARIA CREARE offers a complimentary professional cleaning service for all pieces.
You are welcome to send your jewelry back to our workshop whenever it requires cleaning.
This service is provided free of charge; however, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our workshop.
If your jewelry is damaged outside the warranty conditions, we may still be able to repair it.
Repair fees will depend on the nature of the damage and any materials required. A quotation will always be provided before any repair work begins.
